We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You must have experience in workers’ compensation or medically related sales to our target markets with a track record of success.
You will be responsible for new business development from new and existing accounts via cold calling, face to face demonstrations, Webex demos, and trade shows. You must be able to travel 50% of the time to meet clients locally and nationally. RSE’s at Bridgeway typically cover 2-3 states and attend at least one national tradeshow per year.
You should also have:
- 2+ years of workers’ compensation, healthcare, or medically related sales experience to employer groups, municipalities, TPAs, and insurance companies.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling in a business-to-business service industry.
- Proven track record of success!
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively in front of small to medium sized groups of prospective customers utilizing PowerPoint slides or other media.
- Great computer skills with an excellent working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

UM Clinical Coordinator – Austin, TX
Opening for growing Workers’ Compensation cost containment service, desired candidate must have current RN license, past supervisory experience, minimum 2 years clinical with orthopedic injury exposure, minimum 3 years Workers’ Compensation Utilization Management experience to include at least 2 years experience in preauthorization/precertification, proficient verbal/written communication skills, excellent computer skills.

Bill Review Analyst – Austin, TX
Process and audit worker’s compensation claims, from various types of medical providers utilizing state guidelines and nationally recognized sources, to maximize savings on our client’s behalf.
Experience:
- Must have experience with Texas medical fee guidelines.
- Minimum one year experience in Texas Medical Bill Review to include familiarity with a variety of provider bills.
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED certification.
REQUIRED:
- CPC Certification
- Minimum of one year experience in billing/collecting and CPT procedures in an outpatient/inpatient setting
- Familiarity with uniform hospital/physician billing forms (UB-92, HCFA 1500)
